Hello, can anyone explain to me, why my feedback has been removed to the sellers favor, because i wanted to send my item back because I changed my mind about it. The seller refused for me to send item back at my costs, not the seller. I had a reply back from ebay stating I have received item from simple delivery ? Why would that make a difference how I received the item. I don't want the item and wanted to send back at my costs not the seller. AND if i'm not happy with the seller, why has my feedback been removed ? Thank you

Not all sellers on ebay accept returns, this will be stated on their listings, And without seeing what you wrote in your feedback we cannot say why your feedback was removed. If you mentioned ebay or opening a case, or profanity your seller could ask for it to be removed.

If the item was sent using Simple Delivery then you bought from a private seller as business sellers don't use Simple Delivery.
If you left feedback for a private seller, saying perhaps that they refused a return even though you offered to pay postage, then the seller could ask Ebay to remove that feedback as private sellers are not under any obligation to accept returns if you change your mind, the item doesn't fit, etc.
