Faulty item!?

I purchased some gardening furniture in April, after no more than half a dozen uses one of the support cross struts on one side of where you sit, bent.

Initial they questioned how it was damaged, did I put something heavy on it! Not sure I could lift 98kg, which I weigh, on to it.

It is a 4 seater sofa with only two cross struts for support.

The seller informed me it would be 4/6 weeks till they got more stock.

After no contact I check the listing and they were selling them again.

I contacted them and asked me to take photo of assembly manual show the damaged part. I don't have the manual anymore, they said they will post one, not willing to take photos of manual for me to save time, but happy for me to do it for them.

Note already taken photos of damaged part and sent to them.

They have also ignored any questions regarding the replacement part and if it will be stronger?

What are my rights?

There is no option to raise issue with eBay support, only Return or item not arrived.

Ebay only give you 30 days to return a faulty item so you will have to pursue this with the seller.

If you are fed up with the back and forth messages, and you bought from a UK business seller, write to them explaining the issue and telling them what you expect them to do.

Faulty item!?

So this seller more than likely stalled with replacement so as to be outside the 30 days?
