Faulty Item And Seller Not Responding

I purchased a XBox X (brand new in box not been used - from listing) as a Christmas present, it was opened on arrival and contents confirmed OK. On Christmas the Xbox was powered up but needed resetting to start, not sure why? Since then Xbox X will run for about 20 to 30 minutes, then disconnect from the controller, then the Xbox shuts down. Another controller has been tried with similar results. The Xbox X has to cool down before restarting. Microsoft say this Xbox X was registered 6 weeks before my purchase, won't give anymore details. Tried contacting seller but no response, they have been a seller since 2018, there feedback was positive, but all the seller's listings have now gone and their name is in red,  What should I do now?

NB. If I return the Xbox to Microsoft under warranty, they say it will be replaced with a refurbished Xbox because I am not the original registerer

Get a return open now before you are out of time,you have 30 days from delivery

Under More Actions in your purchases select return this item then doesn't match description or photos,seller must supply prepaid label for return and refund you within 2 days of receipt.

If you don't get a return label in 3 days return to your case details and escalate to eBay
