I ordered an item from China, it has 2 failed delivery attempts on the days I was in. I waited in all day yesterday and there was nothing. I checked the tracking and it says attempted delivery nobody came so this is a lie. No attempted deliveries have been made. The delivery company is called Relay. There is no info on where the pick up point is. There are many shops in my area so without knowing where my pick up point is I'm not going to get my parcel if I don't know where it is?
I contacted the seller but they don't understand and say I need to goto Royal Mail... it has nothing to do with Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Ive checked with them.
There are no contact details on the Relay tracking site.
I don't know what else to do.
Am I now going to be out of pocket?
