Has there ever been a worse delivery service than EVRI, ?
Trying to contact a real person is impossible. Not sure about others on here with missing deliveries but in my area we get a different driver every day and none of them have English as their first language. Information for drivers to knock at side door. There is always somebody there to receive parcels. This is apparently too difficult for Evri. Only yesterday I had a delivery that was supposed to be here on Friday. The driver didn't bother to knock despite lights being on. Instead he chucked the parcel on the front doorstep and recorded it as being left in a secure outbuilding.
If you report a missing parcel to Evri the y say you need to contact Ebay as they are the supplier. Ebay shunt you back to Evri and so the saga goes on. Whatever Evri say, they are legally responsible for the safe custody and delivery of a parcel
I have initiated a county court action against Evri for parcels not delivered If anybody wants to join in just message me.
I am at a loss to understand why Ebay teamed up with Evri
