Having had my charge back credit removed from my account Barclays said I should again contact EBay. Managed to speak with two people on separate occasions ( 08003586551 option 3 ) both reviewed my case saying EBay could not help ( Evri random photo showing parcel delivered but with on map reference which EBay class as delivered) and I should contact bank again. Will be contacting Barclays in the week, reminding them of my three accounts which I have had for over fifty years but I expect this means nothing to them. This hole pain in the ass problem has been caused by an Evri stand in not delivering parcels correctly and trying to contact a person seems impossible.

Ebay/seller must have provided your card issuer with evidence that convinced them that the chargeback was unfair.
Changing this outcome will be difficult now but the following information may be of help:
Chargeback can be a very effective way of getting a refund – yet it is important to understand that, in practice, you are disputing a payment.
And that means the firm which you are depriving of your payment has an opportunity to dispute what you're doing and "clawback" the payment.
