Absolutely sick of Evri, living that items have been delivered , five outstanding parcels never arrived and never will .

Why oh why are eBay usuing them . I’ve started ordering more from Amazon now as Evri just doesn’t arrive. They have said parcel has been delivered but yet again no photo evidence .

Some mug sat at home on settee clicking his parcels have been delivered ! Let’s pick a date and time !!! whilst opening them one by one !!!!

it’s a joke EBay and making you look worse .

I only remember one EVRI issue last year (item delivered to wrong postcode) so I think eBay offers them because they work well for many people. Usually this is down to the individual drivers being good. That said, I have had problems like you describe with another courier, so you have my complete sympathy. Seems like in an ideal world there would be a good amount of couriers to choose from so that people can choose what works for their region.

DO NOT USE or get stuff sent to you via EVRi - EVER!

DO NOT USE or allow any company you want to send you items to use Evri - this is a dreadful company - the customer contact is non existent - i had notification my parcel would be delivered over 6 days ago and still not here - also they make you wait until 9pm for parcels only not to turn up and when you try and call or email or go to the website there is no way of making contact - you have to call an automated system that says they will call you back in 24 hours and they do not call you back - the ONLY other option is to go on a web 'bot' that does the same thing - AVOID EVRI - never EVER use or allow anyone sending something you want to receive from using Evri!!

Evri is a cut to the bone operation, and as a result some things inc significant things will go awry and then there's little you can do. My local courier is actually very good considering he's likely paid peanuts.

This weeks issue? Three packages addressed to me are delivered, he says "weird, I only have info on my system for two. They were all addressed with Evri (EBay Seller) labels to me.

On opening them the mystery package reveals itself - I'm a 77 year old male, I think I'm well beyond three piece babygro sets? 😄

So, can I track back to let the sender know? No damn way! They had not put the send sheet inside, a fatal mistake. By peeling back labels I get to what might or might not be a sender address. Then I cannot find any way to phone or email them. I tried for an hour, and then gave up. They are probably ex-directory and as said here Evri are totally useless at providing any help!

Ebay and shops uses Evri because it is cheap for them, and their special contracts with them, Evri survives because of this probably, and cheap workers not waged. Not because they are quality.

Since my message in Feb, I have had THREE EBay parcels arrive via EVRi with damaged contents. All the result of heavy impact during transit.

Saturday's debacle was particularly galling, a rare colour diecast 25 year old car model, in mint condition as sent, one I have sought for a very long time, smashed due to their lack of care. Packaging crushed into it.

The one before was hit and its box broken open one corner, not only damaged but more critically with essential parts missing. At least that was new and a replacement available, IF that is the seller does what they said they would and replace, though its now five weeks and waiting with no contact despite request.
