What is the point of leaving feedback if eBay is going to remove it? There was nothing wrong with it t&c followed. I read on another forum someone with the same issues, someone replied saying its because you were refunded. That makes no difference at all, if you had a bad experience and the seller was not helpful, you want to let other potential buyers know. If you are potentially removing feedback for large sellers at the detrement of buyers, as sellers generate more revenue, there is no point in a feedback system, this also just happened with my mother who sent undisputable photo evidence the seller sent the wrong size, so contacted the seller as was a cheap item and did not want to leave negative feedback the seller did not want to know saying they sent size ordered, my mother showed proof, it was on there feedback for a few days then EBay removed it... why?

You ask why, well eBay removed it on the request of the seller, and the only reason they'll do this is when feedback rules are broken.
Mention anything about a case a refund and that breaks those rules, and a seller can ask for it to be removed.
Writing something like .... ' Did not complete the transaction satisfactorily' would have been sufficient and remained.

Where does it say that this is against the rules?
I know that that used to be the case but there is no longer any mention of this in eBay’s Feedback Policy.
I do agree that it is best not to mention those things and to keep the feedback as brief as possible so there is less chance of it being removed.

It still is a case for removal, evidence from others who have repeated when a sked what they wrote in their feedback which was removed, what they have written in their feedback, and there's nothing else present apart from mentioning a refund or eBay involvement and feedback hence removed, we all know that many eBay pages are not regularly updated as they should be.

Hi you say this as fact? Like you know why they removed it? No rules were broken it just quietly disappeared. It has been happening alot apparently, like I said even my mother who had evidence of a seller mistake (size) it also was quietly removed. I have over 1000 feedback 100% seller on the items I sold, would never treat people the way these new sellers get away with. I rarely use ebay anymore maybe that it why also?

If this is the case why do eBay give hundreds of characters to use to give feedback, everything left was factual to worn other buyers which is the point no? If they want 5 word feedback maybe they should say, I use other sites now where feedback doesn't get removed at the say so of a seller who done wrong.

Going back to your original point as to why the feedback left by your mother was removed, without all the facts, and seeing the feedback, other members can only speculate as to why it was removed.
However, as I see it, the most likely reason is that the return was accepted and a refund was given.
According to Ebay's policy, the seller could ask for the feedback to be removed:
We remove neutral/negative feedback when:
An eBay Money Back Guarantee case or payment dispute was closed with the seller having met their obligations to the buyer
The full policy is here:

So if eBay removes feedback due to a return then it is not feedback, you are being blackmailed to not leave feedback or you will not receive a refund. If you want a refund you cannot warn others that is terrible. Letting other buyers know about a bad experience with a seller especially when they have been given opportunity to address there mistake and never did, its appropriate to let other buyers be aware. That is the true definition of feedback, also this is not true, they removed my mother's feedback without any refund nor breaking any rules, they do it and hope people don't notice, terrible practice, this does not happen on amazon like this, I used to only use ebay until it was taken over by sellers from wish abusing us as buyers, with false advertising wrong items sent, but instead of addressing it they quietly remove feedback. It's a shame, the amount of counterfeit items I've received unreal.
