I've had a similar experience. These days, that first 'there's no problem here' seems to be computer generated. Do you know that within that email there is a link to appeal? I include proof, or logical reasons for suspecting the counterfeit. For example a perfume batch code showed it was made in 2021, but the genuine perfume was discontinued in 2015. It's up to you if you want to take the time. I would estimate that about 1/3 of my appeals are successful.
