Click & Collect order, seller didn't upload the tracking

Hi,

I selected Click & Collect and tracked delivery with my purchase, but the seller didn't upload the tracking. The order is not progressing, still shows as paid, but on the top of the page there is a message 'the seller sent your order'. It should be available to collect tomorrow. I got in touch with eBay CS today, and was told I would be contacted within 48-72 hours. Does anyone know what the next steps will be? Should I wait to be contacted? I'm conscious I only have 7 days to collect the item. Thank you

When did you place the order?

If it's recent purchase, say in the last couple of days then it could be that the parcel has not been picked up straight away by the courier/Royal Mail.

When your order arrives in store you'll get a text or email with a collection code.

I placed the order last Sunday. It was supposed to be 48hrs tracked delivery.

When it arrives at the store (Argos) - assuming they'll scan it in - will it update the order progress?

When Argos scan it in, assuming they do, it will show as delivered to them and you will get the collection code from eBay.

You can also use the eBay money back guarantee if necessary to get a refund.
