I have just bought a pair of trainers from a seller. They took the money then cancelled. The trainers have come back on for sale with all the same pictures but from a different seller. Now i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Some looks dodgy about this.

It's bad selling if a seller cancels without the buyer's permission what excuse did they give? If for ' out of stock' reasons they will have gained a damaging defect on their account.
Sellers can use another seller's pictures to sell an identical item, it is allowed, these may not be the same trainers.
Take a look at the location of the item is it the same ?

Cancellation said out of stock.
These are the ones that got cancelled.

And these are the same ones that went up for sale moments later.

Glad they cancelled them tbh, i have had a good look at them and they are fakes. Take a look at the trainers from the back, no manufacturer would let any item out of the shop with that much 'misalignment' in the pattern.

I think you've had a lucky escape too, and I believe this new seller may not be selling too long.
They are on a Private account selling multiples of the same shoe, and yes even to my untrained eye, a £70+ pair of trainers should have more careful patterning.
They will have received a defect for an ' out of stock' cancellation.
