Can packages get stuck at Jubilee Mail Centre ??

Bought an item and the seller posted it 48 Tracked last Tuesday but the tracking shows item stuck at Jubilee Mail Centre even now.

Does this happen often ??

No, not often, but it does happen. Usually the package has not been scanned correctly, but is still delivered within the estimated delivery window.

Re: Can packages get stuck at Jubilee Mail Centre ??

Your parcel is coming from CHINA that's what it means!!! You have been scammed by someone purporting to be a uk seller and they will give you every excuse under the sun to fob you off regarding the delay. It is not STUCK in JMC it is making it's way through mainland china and the tracking will only change when it arrives at the mailing centre which is in Heathrow Airport , and then and only then will you get your 48 hour delivery! It will be in a jiffy with a royal mail label to fool you into thinking "oh it WAS royal mail after all" You can no longer buy ANYTHING on ebay safe in the knowledge you are buying from a genuine uk seller. You will also notice that the item is either fake or very poor quality. This is illegal under uk law. If you report it to ebay they will use AI which will tell you no rules have been broken. I even sent screenshots from an international tracking site showing my item travelling through mainland china and STILL the AI said NO it is not a case of "item location misrepresentation" so I appealed and then ebay HAD TO do something about it!!!!! You are better off buying your item from the "other" big uk site these days as they don't allow chinese sellers.....yet! Electrical items are being sent to uk customers and they have no kite mark and are not legal to be sold under uk safety regs so ebay are allowing illegal goods to be sold to uk customers. Notice how when you buy something 48 hour delivery yet ebay give a 12 days delivery estimate this is PROOF that they do indeed KNOW that these items are coming from abroad they are sent from China as "speedpak" items which take about 6 days to arrive they are then repacked. The couriers like Evri and DPD are all in on it too you will see the tracking say something like "we are awaiting your parcel" even though the seller sent it the day after you bought it. They are all trying to hide the fact that it's coming from abroad. Disgraceful situation absolutely disgraceful.

Will "ebay live" be vetting sellers to make sure they really ARE uk sellers it might be a way of weeding out all these chinese people misrepresenting themselves!!
