You may not hear directly from the seller - your order should  be marked as dispatched as the next step - hopefully with tracking - check the sellers dispatch time and the estimated delivery date

there will be a latest date for delivery on your purchase summary.   Perhaps 7 to 10 days.

When that is past and if the item has not arrived simply open a "non receipt case". 

Do not bother to contact the seller [no excuses!] and escalate after 3 days.
