Buyer has asked for combined items, one Bidding and then changing another Bidding to BIN. I agreed and amended Bidding to BIN but the Buyer  sent this message: “I try to buy it now and it says seller only allows 1 item every 10 days” Is it him or Me that is the problem?

It's your buyer settings that are causing the issue.  You need to exempt this buyer from your restrictions.

Adding to the correct advice given  if you do not want others to come across the same issue,  that is,  not able to buy more than 1 item from you within a short period of time,  go to your Site Preferences>> Your Buyers>>Managing who can buy from you>>  Block Settings,  and you will see this:  Format is slightly different from what is allowed to be posted below:

Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought Orders with more than one quantity of an item apply to this count. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 25 50 75 100  items in the last 10 days

You can adjust the number of items in the box,   or untick the box on the left to allow buyers to buy an unlimited number of items from you.
