Bought an item, tracking says delivered, no QR collection code provided

I've an item sitting as delivered according to the tracking, but no QR code for the shop to scan and release the item. 

 

I can't find any option in the help section to allow me to address this, eBay keeps treating it like an undelivered item and sending me back to item listing. 

 

Where do I go to get this addressed? It's happened before and the shop declined to hand over the package.

If this essential code is not with your email, look into Spam too, not in eBay messages or your Order details in Purchase History,  use a laptop / PC and Chrome to seek out all of the above,  then you need to contact eBay Customer Services.  They will provide the code for you.

 

Be aware,  you only have 7 days to pick up your item after being informed it's in store.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks, couldn't see a link to that customer services call back option, just circles of helpful links sending me back to the item description. 

 

Looks like the item wasn't scanned in by the store, eBay gave me a code to provide to the shop that should allow them to register it as arrived.

Then there is a Blue Have us Call you link,  to click on,  currently there is only a 1 minute wait.

 

Perhaps use a laptop // Pc and Chrome to do this,  the app and mobile browsers are sadly lacking in offering all features.
