Hi I am trying to put on best offers with various sellers on ebay uk and the page won't load all it says is (www.ebay.com refused to connect) would anyone know what this fault is

There is a major eBay server issue affecting many, you are not alone.
eBay are aware, and working on this, but it is intermittent, so perhaps try a little later on today, or even tomorrow.
However, if it's the app that you're using, some peeps have found uninstalling and reinstalling the app , the account is then fully accessible.

This error fault happens on the ebay website I don't have mobile app version of ebay
I tried again this afternoon and still can't do best offers but it worked all fine 3 days ago

Yes, noted similar - when trying to make "best offer" the first embedded window comes up normally allowing the entry of an offer price but, on continuing, the second offer details confirmation embedded window won't load - error says that the website (ebay) is preventing it from loading.
(Using browser and accessing website)

As in my post above there are major eBay site issues, impacting many aspects of eBay accounts.
It is intermittent so you can keep trying , at intervals, hopefully to find the ' gap' when it's working !
Frustrating, yep and many affected !

It is intermittent, so perhaps try a little later on today, or even tomorrow, it's worth trying again.
However, if it's the app that you're using, some peeps have found uninstalling and reinstalling the app helps.
There seems to be big troubljes all round for some users!

This is happening to me today, ( 5-5-26) tried 3 different browsers in Windows ..all the same. Just a "square sad face" or "an error occurred" or "cannot connect".
