If you bought from a business seller, they may not respond to messages.

In any case, as you are messaging in here from an account created today, I assume you bought as a guest, rather than creating an account and logging in.  Unless you purchase through an Ebay account and then message the seller from the same account, they won't be able to locate your purchase.

You need to check the email you received from Ebay when you paid.  That will have details of your order and will give you an estimated delivery date for your items.

If you bought as a guest, the seller cannot communicate with you.

You needed to give an email address when you bought the item.

Ebay will send you a confirmation to that address.  That email will have an estimated delivery date.  The date would also have been on the item when you bought it.
