Question …. Post Office outlet accepts package with undervalued label and forwards to buyer with a surcharge it has occurred.

 

Buyer refuses item.

 

Where does that package go and what happens to it ?

It should be returned to you as long as it had your return details on it.

If the package incurred a surcharge for being underweight and the buyer refused to pay it, then although you ought to get the item back again if you included a return address on the package, you may well end up having to pay the surcharge yourself in order for the item to be delivered back to you.

if it's SD there should be no buyer surcharge, it should just be delivered.
