Anyone recieve their vouchers for buying on eBay live?

Hiya. Purchased something I otherwise wouldn't have for a tenner during an eBay live in order to try and get ahold of the two £25 vouchers on any purchase at or above £50, but I haven't recieved it yet. I know it states it can take up to two weeks, but I've been given some offers I want to take advantage of. Anyone get theirs yet, and how long did it take? Thanks.

I bought a few bits back on the 19th September on the live auction and haven't received them either. i was on the phone for 45 minutes to day to try and sort it out and they just hung up on me.

Yeah, I phoned them up too and basically got told "I can't do anything, they haven't been added to your accont" -- she went on about how it'll be a voucher code emailed to you instead of being added to your account and her tone had changed completely and she began speeding through trying to get rid of me because I'd clearly been taking up too much of her time. Not great service.

I have a chat transcript saying I'm eligible for them with another support agent at least. Your case seems a lot more concerning though, as they state you should be getting them within 14 days. I only bothered with eBay live for the coupon in the first place, so I'm not exactly going to be happy if I don't get them, and I'd like them sooner rather than later as I have an offer from a seller expiring soon I'd like to take them up on, preferably with the coupon.

The coupons are issued within 2 weeks of your completed sale for eBay Live. If your two weeks has not yet passed then you need to give it till the timeframe and if no coupon is received please let us know and we can have it checked.

Hi Kat, Yes and i have only been getting the runaround from Ebay CS. I have emailed them 4 times now and been on the phone for nearly an hour. I have uploaded 7 screenshots and they never respond to the same email but open up a fresh email thus requiring more screenshots. One of the emails even stated that my orders don't tie up with my account? 23-13580-73804, 15-13591-41217 & 12-13595-77278. I get the feeling i and many others won't be seeing these vouchers and i am not at all happy as i have better things to  do than constantly reply to emails asking for the same information over and over again.

Ebay might as well just forget about these vouchers. I have, after several exact same messages giving me the same excuse and telling me to keep checking my inbox as they are automatically generated after two weeks and that they're escalating the case, i am still nowhere near a resolution. I have cancelled the planned purchases now as they are back at their pre-sale price so i won't be buying them at that price voucher or not. No need to bother about this anymore Kat, your help was appreciated.

I bought a pack of pokemon cards for just over £10 inc free postage via a live auction and am struggling to even get less than half my money back reselling it.

However they did email me within a few days to say I had qualified and then a few days later to say they had credited the £25 voucher code to my account and I have already used the voucher once and it's still showing as valid for a second use.

I wasn't sure if a Live buy it now would work or if the postage would count so made sure I bid via Live auction and with a seller who was offering free postage.

So yes the offer worked for me. But I don't see enough value in Live auctions or tend to want the things they are selling. I'm amazed how much people are overpaying on them.

All i've had off them is emails full of excuses, 7 of them in English, 1 in Italian. it's been more than 3 weeks now

Are you 100% sure you made a qualifying purchase? Maybe if the £10 was only reached by paying postage or the item was buy it now they flashed up it might not qualify? I did try checking the offer terms but they were not very detailed.

I would guess that nearly £100 in purchases that i actually bid on live at the time and even made a few comments on screen that were replied to by the seller would fit the bill....Ebay don't seem to care now. I'm at the stage where i really don't care anymore and i'm just going to forget about it  and forget all about ebay too. It's no longer the platform that i used to like using and Ebay are constantly messing around with sellers and buyers. The way they have handled my case is just not on. Cya

Wow £100 in Live purchases - hope you got something worth it as everything I saw was overpriced yet people still seemed to be buying it for some unknown reason. Hope ebay give you the vouchers eventually but it's not looking likely sadly.

I have had an update on this. There was a technical back end issue for some users which caused a delay with the coupons. It will be manually issued to your account within the next 2 days.
