Anyone confirm this refund?

Hi. Seller sent items not meeting description, I opened a return, seller offered me 70%, before I accept this. Can anyone confirm that

1/ This is what I'll be refunded or is this the balance after the refund

2/ This doesn't seem to work out at 70%

That's the refund and it's 59%.
