Latest robbery.
System does not allow a copy of complaint to be retained by complainant, ebay then looses complaint.
Already complain that seller has not sent postage paid returns label

We have complained twice now. Ist time 29thNov25. Ebay told me I would not have to do anything further as he would monitor the return and if no label was sent they would action refund.

You are wasting buyers time allowing disreputable sellers to hawk their sub-standard goods on ebay. For low value items they know that to complaining to ebay is difficult, time consuming and therefore most complainants give up during the complaints procedure. THIS IS THE SECOND Written Complaint SENT TO EBAY.

If you have a return case open you need to go to your case details and ask eBay o stepin, this must be done through the case not chat messages.

If you do not receive an item or receive one that is not as described then you are supposed to open a case through Ebay. Follow all the instructions carefully and if necessary ask Ebay to step in......via the case......when you can. Forget about chatting to the seller in messages just stick with the case and follow it through.
Sellers are not allowed to offer a conditional refund. For example they are NOT allowed to say we will refund you ONLY if you change your negative feedback. You can also report that to Ebay as its feedback extortion.
