I can't see that you have left any Negative feedback!!
Have you opened a Not Received case, have you escalated to ebay? That is how ebay picks up when a seller gets too many defects.
Buyers leaving negatives and not doing anything to get refunds just allow this sort of seller to continue.
When it is possible to get a full refund, I can't see what a scammer gets out of it, as they end up refunding and still paying a selling fee and paypal fee. Not a very clever scam to lose money.
