orders are taking upto a couple of weeks at the moment, because of staff shortages at Royal Mail, so you`ll need to be a little patient, but there has to be a limit to that patience i`m afraid. I`ve had to open THREE not received disputes this week because i`ve waited nearly three weeks for stuff that has`nt arrived or gone walkies.
You can`t do anything untill the estimated delivery date passes, but i`d suggest waiting another week beyond that 🙂
