what to do if the seller does not answer emails

My item which is glass candle arrived smashed in little pieces just inside a plastic bag.

The seller has not replied to my emails I don't know what to do.

I have never had this problem before

First, you have no need to contact the seller, by not replying they are just hoping youwill go away or run out of time.

 

You simply go to the Resolution Centre at foot of the page and open a Not As Described case. If seller wants the broken bits back he provides a Reply Paid TRACKED label, and on return refunds through the case.

 

As it is hardly worth the expense of paying for a broken item to be returned, I would think they willjust refund through the case.

 

If no reaction from seller, then after 8 days you escalate and ebay take over.

 

Ebay do put the Money Back guarantee on EVERY listing top right, but no one seems to read it.
