speak to somone for help

I have a product which does not match UK electrical specification and want to share it with somone at ebay but my god they make it impossible to speak to somone

If you've bought and received this item and it doesn't match the description, why do you want to speak to someone at Ebay...?  There's no need. The entire system is automated, so just use one of the on-site tools that Ebay has supplied, and follow the clear instructions:

My focus is not getting my money back i more interested in preventing this from being sold to somone who is unaware of th e risk and it could cause a fire if it fails

Then way don't you leave feedback to warn others - that will get a much wider audience.

@plpmr I recently did that with a heated dog mat and the seller complained to ebay about my feedback and had it removed. feedback is only useful if people read it and link it directly back to what they are buying
