Do you really think it would help trying to explain about Electrical Specifications to a CS Rep. in Manila whose first language is not English.
If it does not meet UK specifications I would say DON'T list. It is just inviting a case of NOT AS DESCRIBED as buyers barely read or understand Specifications.
