Bought shorts size 10 19 May

Sent Size 4

Returned size 4

Sent size 14

Wanted to send a different colour 

Said no and retuned on 21June

Returns been accepted on 26 June according to Royal Mail tracking

In resolution centre not marked as reurned.

Now 29 June tried to report to ebay but having difficulty dont know  what to do

After posting a returned item the seller now has 5 days to refund you.

If they do not,  then escalate the case on day 6,  and eBay step in and fully refund you.

A returned item does not actually have to show delivery otherwise sellers would just refuse to accept the item,  it just needs proof that it was posted.
