returning empty boxes

So i have recieved a package from a store on here which should have had 6 items, yet the box was realed and inside there were the 6 individual items packags all of which were empty, I asked on here what to do and was told to open a dispute for each and every item. Which i did. Now i was told to return the items. So what i want to figure out is do i have to post each item individually (empty box) or is there a way for me to send them all in the original box where i recieved them? Thank you.

I opened 6 not as described cases and the seller has not been in touch with me. And today (midnight on the 9th day) i'm getting the seller has accepted a return, so i think ebay has stepped in and did it for them. Though i am not sure. I wanted to contact them regarding this but their phone lines are closed because of covid so just trying to figure it out. What would you suggest? As at the end of the day they are just empty boxes.... =/

If you are not supplied with pre-paid labels escalate the cases to eBay.

I was just provided with 3/6 return labels so i assume the rest shall be updated soon, the thing i am wondering/confused about is the fact that i need to send them back individually or all in one. As i prefer all in one but don't know how it'd work

Each one needs to be sent back separately with it's own label.

When the packages are scanned at the Post Office each item will show as being on their way to being returned.

You should have opened 6 not as described cases and seller supplies 6 return labels. A sensible seller would just refund instead of paying for the return of 6 empty boxes.
