hi, i purchased a jacket for £440 and it is too big. i messaged the seller and he agreed to exchange it for a small size. i opened up a returns request to keep things right (i think). After i posted the jacket the seller changed his mind and then stated he never had a smaller size in that colour, but i could have a different colour for an additional £160?... tracking has confirmed that the the jacket has now been returned but the seller is now ignoring me and not refunding me. what do i do?
Escalate to eBay who will refund forcibly from the sellers account! Call them and point to tracking to show seller has the item and is now being difficult!!
