paid for the items 3 months ago, want to arrange for collection, seller not responding to my message

Hi! I have bought a few items and paid 3 months ago, want to arrange for collection ( agreed with collection after lockdown lifted),  but 4 of the sellers not responding to my messages. What can I do? Anyone can help? Thanks.

Open a separate Not Received case for each one in Paypal. Presuming you paid for them through Paypal.

Sorry OP, I misread the Paypal policy and thought it said collection items are covered. In actual fact collection items are exempt from not received claims. Sorry I gave you the wrong information.

for future reference o.p, when ever you buy anything your going to collect physically, don`t use paypal, pay cash when you collect, because whilst i`m not saying it`s the case with everyone, once someone has your money, incentive goes out the window, especially now your out of time to make any claims for refunds and they probably know it as well, given 4 of the sellers aren`t answering you!

Ebay can't help you (read their 30-day Money Back Guarantee, and to learn also how limited Ebay's buyer protection is for collection items, even when you're within time). The MBG is on every listing, and in various other places across the site.

There is no buyer protection at all on collection items with PayPal (or any payment processor). You should always pay in cash, and only once you've fully examined the item and are happy with it.  The law states 'caveat emptor' (buyer be aware).

So all you can do is continue to try to contact the sellers (who may be away, ill, or even dead, god forbid).  Did you sensibly get addresses or phone numbers after purchasing...?
