opinions most welcome

i have just bought an item, original listing is " two pieces of silver hallmarked jewellrey in need of restoration or for scrap weight 89 grams" description said solid silver, the items consist of two chains each with a tiffany charm at one end the two charms marked.925 , on one chain is a small t bar there is also a heart charm seperate which i assume is the restoration part.my complaint is that  the two chains are ferrous ie stick to a magnet the heart charm is silver coated copper the only pieces marked .925 are the tiffany charms and are soldered to the ferrous chains ,have been ripped off or is the listing for two pieces of silver only relating to the charms and a play on words because i only paid around £12 for the lot., hope this makes sense,i estimate the silver marked charms if indeed they are silver weeigh no more than 14 grams..thanks

There was no need to explain all that, have you never read the Money Bank Guarantee, it is on every listing but judging from the questions few people bother to read it. Ebay always back the buyer so all you need to do is open a Not As Described Case, seller has to pay for a Reply Paid Label, you return using tracked mail for a FULL REFUND.

I am a seller of silver & gold findings, Not everything silver is marked 925 my items are to small to be marked.

So going on your description its a clear case of not as described and warrents a free reurn and full refund.

So open a case as such.
