not delivered

SO having a nightmare, purchased a desk back in October that never arrived ? I have been chasing the seller for a refund now for 5 months , the seller has now removed the item form the listing and I cant get ebay to help because its not in my purchase history. and cant follow the online protocol, I cant get hold of anyone at ebay and the seller is now refusing to answer my calls despite telling me for the last 5 weeks they will be refunding me. I am £90.00 out of pocket and  cant even ask anywhere online for ebay for help its disgusting, been a regular loyal buyer for years always left decent feedback when deserved and feel like this whole process is set up to protect sellers and leave buyers at risk of losing money ??? Has anyone any ideas how I can get my money back have been furloughed then laid off and need every penny I can get at the moment and this is really stressing me out ?

You have 30 days from delivery date to open ebay case & must escalate within another 30 days,

so you are too late now.

You could try paypal case for not received, escalate after 2 days,

do this ASAP & ignore seller excuses.

Next time open & escalate case ASAP.
