yes I had already done all that but i have gone through them all again and put saved on each one of my notifications to see if that works Thanks for your help anyway

Do you have the correct email address registered in your Account...?  Have you blocked Ebay from sending you these types of emails...? Check the details in your Account, and make any necessary changes.
