item stop working after using it three times and seller is not responding

I have bought the HelloSkin HIFU Ultrasound Skin Care Lifting Anti-Wrinkle Facial Beauty Machine #132779296102 on December.

After using hifu for no more than three times a trouble appeared concerning a sound during the operation procedure...

I bought a faulty equipment and the seller is obliged to replace it or refund me.

Please inform me what to do..is there a warrantee??where can I report to?

There is nothing you can do through Ebay, the Money Back Guarantee is only for 30 days.

Any problems now including any Warranty if there is one, is between you and the seller.

If a Business Seller and in the UK, if they are not helpful you need to consult Citizens Advice.

If a Private Seller or not in the UK there is nothing you can do.

Any warranties on ebay are only as good as your ability to enforce them.

Ebay's (and PayPal's) buyer protection can legally only cover items which aren't working on arrival. They can't deal with items which fail in use or within warranty, as they can have no idea who is at fault - the seller for supplying substandard goods, or you for misusuing the item.

However, their buyer protection policies are generous extras to your consumer rights - they don't replace them. So if the seller is a business seller located in your country, go to your government's website, or to your consumer help website if you have one, to learn what to do. If the seller is not in your country, or is a private seller getting rid of his no-longer-wanted possessions, there is nothing you can do, I'm afraid.
