Hi I received a dirty jiffy bag which should have had ink cartrides in. Unfortunately it was empty, Hermes said it has been delivered at 00.20am last night with a photo of a door number as proof (It was delivered six hours earlier). thank you.

Go to "More Actions", far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, click on Return this item > Doesn't match description, and escalate it to eBay after 3 working days. Do not use the "not received" option.
