I'm supposed to have an email with a qr code to allow me to pick up an item i bought but I never received a qr code message. There appears to be no way to access this via the purchased items page, and the message does not appear in the 'messages' either. Is there any way to get ebay to resend collection in person qr code ?
You need to conact eBay CS for this.
In the Help & Contact tab above type into bar there ... Click & Collect code required, follow prompts to find the Live Chat option, as phone lines are currently down.
Lines open today between 9 a.m. and 6 pm
The time I believe has been extended to collect an item ,you have 10 days from being told it is in store to come and collect
I wouldnt be waiting on ebays flakey technology as long as your seller is happy for you to collect.
Have you checked your personal email program and any spam/junk mail traps.
