You may put any address you like in the payment section of Paypal but be aware that you must get permission to use someone else's address and that the Post office usually makes a charge for keeping parcels at their premises.

Also by Post Office what exactly do you mean? A Post Office inside a small shop or a Main Post Office.

I doubt that a small PO would be very pleased to receive unexpected mail and could well just mark as return to sender.

Which ever you should ask first.
