I have by accident cancelled the return process on an item which needs to be returned. Item was wrongly described on sellers site. How do I set return process up again?

If you opened an Item Not as Described case on eBay and then closed it, you cannot open another one.

You could try opening a new case in Paypal and see if that works

unfortunately you cannot reopen it.

Open a PayPal case but sign up for their free returns first - all from your PayPal account.

Thanks. I have done that. But not the free returns bit. Didn't know about that. Where is that on PayPal?
