how to cancel a cancellation

If the seller has cancelled the transaction, it can't be reversed.  If you paid, your refund is now on its way.

If that's not what you mean, please provide some information.

really sorry for nkt quite making it clear the cancellation is still
pending and the seller knows i am still interested in the item hope this

You will have wait until the cancellation clears and then buy again.

WHY? Never cancel a case on Promises, as once closed you cannot reopen. Never cancel because seller says they cannot refund until you close! Promises are soon forgotten and you have no means to enforce a refund.

If you are fully satisfied then RESOLUTION CENTRE at foot of page, find case and close there.
