how do some sellers know my email address

I ordered some car parts then received an email directly from the carriers (UPS) telling me when they would deliver. How do they (and presumably the seller)  know my email address? If I sell anything there is nothing on Ebay or Paypal that tells me the buyer's email address.

If PayPal is used then that's the email address.

Both buyer and seller can see that.

If you look at the page for leaving feedback for a Buyer their email address is on there.

If you look in your sold items and click on Order Details (that long Number on the Left) buyers FULL details are given there.
