how do i talk to a human being from ebay c,s. im having a serious issue with a seller.

i brought an item from a seller in leicestershire uk.

the item was way to small for what i needed it for so i decided to send the item back for a refund.

i messaged the seller asking for a returns address to leicestershire but got no responce.

i decided to send the item bask to the returns addess on the packagimg that was an address in leicestershire.

the seller got back to me after i sent it back and gave me an address to post it to address in hong kong.

what a joke.

i brought this item from a uk seller so why have i got to return it to hong kong as myhernes dont deliver to hong kong.

i need to notify ebay of this seller but how do you talk to someone from ebay.??????

the item is in leicester and dont have my refund.

Instead of doing it YOUR way, why didn't you rad the Money Back Guarantee which ebay put on EVERY listing.

If a Business Seller you would have had to return to the UK address provided by ebay. Unless you have tracking you cannot now even open a proper return case as yo MUST provereturn by tracked mail to get a refund.

The Ebay methods work well, DIY returns are a good way to lose money.
