what is going on at ebay checkout?
tried to purchase items,
click buy now, diected to checkout.
chose payment method,..paypal balance. ,,,,although it nolonger states ;balance; next to paypal option...?
then new window opens to sign in to paypal,
i sign in and wait to get back to ebay to confirm and pay,,
but the paypal window never completes or closes ,
so i cant confirm at checkout,,
