cant hide item from purchase history as seller been banned. any advice would be helpful thanks

purchased item paid for, arrived faulty. I n the meantime seller has been banned as posing as uk seller but he is in china. I can not hide the item from my purchase history. Have tried everything i know. any advice would be helpful, thanks Katy

Use the hide option,

ebay will delete item after 60 days.

sorry it has no hide option. I think because ebay banned seller I can't move it. Thankyou for help. maybe have to wait 60 days.

You can't delete your purchases. They remain in your Purchase History for 3 years before Ebay deletes them.

Hi, sorry I did not mean pemanantly delete. Its just that it is stuck on my purchase history, no hide button. I usually 'hide' when I receive but can't with this one. thank you for your help Rusticrye.

Purchases cannot be deleted, only hidden.
