can't print out return lable

Return started, have tried to print return lable but end up with a blank square at top of page and royal mail terms and conditions below it. Tried emailing to my email address, same thing when I print. Tried printing pages 1-2, 2, etc, no joy!

Any answers out there?

Where are you trying to print from...? When you hit the 'print label' button, the label downloads to your desktop, ready for you to print from there. Is that not happening?  If not, it may be a problem with your browser. Try a different one (but not IE - it's no longer compatible with Ebay or any website). I use Firefox.

Hi, when I hit the print button it normally prints out straight away via my Brother printer. Have printed out many address labels with no problem. Printed out a return label the other day, again, no problem. Using Firefox browser for years so all ok there. Had this on another label sometime back but can't remember how I got around it. cheers

i`m just throwing this out there just in case it helps 🙂
i have issues printing these labels out alot, or i did, because they would never print out through Ebay, or if i had them emailed to ANY of my hotmail addresses. i do have a Gmail account, so tried that a while back and it works every single time now, by emailing them there.

Hi KR, well, it worked! No idea why it wouldn't print out when sent to my email adddres but it worked when I sent it to a freinds email address.. Thank you! You saved the day!
