can't contact seller for a question, pc stops me, tiny blue line come up

I have tried to ask the seller a question, but the laptop does not respond. A tiny blue line comes up, and nothing happens.

I go onto my wife's side of the laptop, do exactly the same thing and it works? I am puzzled as to why?

Do you ask a lot of questions? Have you asked this seller questions before?

Only explanation I can think of is that seller has blocked you.
