can I download purchase history as spreadsheet? if not, why not?

I would like to review my purchases on an annual basis, to reconcile my accounts, bank, cards, Paypal, etc.

It seems logical that this should be available as a CSV file or spreadsheet.

If not, why not? the information clearly exists and should be in a useable format

downloadable information is available to sellers as some of them are running businessses that need that information

buyers have to save their own data, ebay don't offer a downloadable option for buyers

Surely you don't have so many purchases that you can't keep track of them? Why not ensure that you pay for all purchases in the same way hten you only have one account to reconcile.

I *do* have so many purchases. It was a perfectly reasonable question about functionality and doesn't require you to judge a person about how many items he/she buys?
I buy lots of CDs and it is useful to keep track of which I've bought so I don't buy them again ... so I'm currently going back through several hundred purchases to figure out which are CDs and who are the artists and titles.

Good point, but not all vendors accept the same payment methods.
And, yes, I do make enough purchases to warrant a spreadsheet, I can then run a simple cross check on all accounts to make sure there are no "rogue" payments or double payments. It may not matter to you, but it does to me.

I also have 'so' many purchases and had assumed the CSV files would be accessible.... seems unreasonable for them not to be. This needs to be rectified.
