accidentally purchased item twice seller wont communicate back..

I accidentally purchased the same item twice and upon realising my mistake immediatelly contacted the seller requesting a refund. It has been an entire day and the seller still hasnt come back to me. Whats more they have dispacthed both of the items. I was wondering what my options are?

as the items have been dispatched you will have to wait until they arrive before doing anything else

if the seller is registered as a business you will be able to return one at your own expense for a refund,

if the seller is a private seller you won't be able to return so you could sell it yourself

Hello thank you for the reply I completely understand it was my mistake but I did contact the seller immediately and they Ignored my two messages. What’s more is they had an entire day to read them and instead they ignored them. Is there nothing I can do about that? The seller still has not responded to me...

The seller does not have to cancel even if you ask immediately. There is nothing you can do except wait for the items to arrive and then return one if they have Returns accepted on their listings.

sellers are busy people, some process their orders during the day and read their messages after they have completed their days work, not everyone can respond to messages as soon as they are received.

if they have dispatched them then all  you can do is wait for them to arrive

If the seller has returns accepted on their listings then you can open a returns request and return one.

You pay the return postage 

No returns on the sellers listings then you cant return would have to sell on yourself
