Hi, made an offer to a seller and she asked whether I was in the US and would pay extra shipping. I am not in the US and checked my addresses on ebay and all GB, but if I look at my profile on my ebay mobile it does say location US, now the only thing I think this could be is I signed up to ebay in 1999 under ebay.com and was wondering if that was the issue? Or has anyone else had a similar issue?
