How can I complain directly to eBay to get funds back that they took from my bank? Does anyone have an email address I need to complain ASAP, I don't want this happening again and I want them to refund me!
ebay cannot take money from your bank without permission,
what has actually happened?
Thank you for taking the time and acknowledging my frustration. I need the situation investigating by eBay I think as I don’t recall signing up for any reoccurring fees. I will stop it via the bank as I can’t get an email address but thank you for your time and being helpful, much appreciated when you don’t have the option to speak over the phone to resolve matters quickly. I think eBay should open phone lines again and have staff work from home like all the other compare trying to do during this pandemic, not having customer service to talk to directly is very unhelpful, so thank God for kind hearted people like you who listen and do their best in a professional way, thank you.
How can we help you when you don't explain what has happened?
EBay can only take funds from you 1) as a seller, for selling fees or refunding buyers, or 2) as a buyer when you purchase items from abroad, and you are charged for the delivery through eBay's global shipping programme.
You can check whether you've been charged selling fees here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/fees-private-sellers?id=4364&st=12&pos=1&q...
You can check what you've bought on eBay, and whether there were any international purchases, by going to your purchase history in "My eBay".
Checking the above will also show whether there have been any unauthorised sales or purchases on your account.
If you come back here to explain what these fees are for, someone will be able to help you.
You must have supplied the details, but ebay only takes funds for fees from selling. As you do not appear to have sold for a long time then there would be no fees to collect.
How do you pay for your purchases?
if it is an unauthorised payment don't you think you should ask your bank!!
