Time differences between devices

Has anyone noticed that there can be a time difference in auctions between devcies. I was watching an item on my phone which was a full 1 second ahead on countdown to my browser on my PC. So which is correct. If I place a bid on my phone, thinking I have the last seconds when in fact on my browser I could nip in and place another bid.

But as you're here, Ebay's auctions work on Ebay-time, not the times shown by your devices. So you should never wait until the dying seconds - place your maximum bid in plenty of time. You'll then never lose a single auction. You'll know that the winning bidder was prepared to pay more than you were. 🙂
